About the box

Box for Athletes – Allergy-Friendly Meal Plan Menu Alergik is designed to respect intolerances and allergies to gluten and lactose, while still providing balanced and performance-supporting nutrition. Training, work, responsibilities, commuting… and somewhere in between, you still need to eat well. Every athlete knows how challenging it can be to combine performance, recovery, and regular meals. We often eat in a rush or choose foods that slow the body down instead of supporting it. And yet, nutrition is exactly what determines how we feel during training, how we recover, and how much energy we have throughout the day. The Box for Athletes – Allergy-Friendly was created for people who want to train, perform, and recover effectively without wasting energy on meal planning, shopping, or cooking. In sports nutrition, it’s not only about what we eat, but also when we eat. That’s why meals are labeled according to their optimal timing: Before training – easily digestible carbohydrates, lower fat and protein content, and no excessive fiber intake. After training – a combination of carbohydrates and a higher protein content to replenish energy and support recovery. Regular energy intake – 5 meals per day, divided into 3 main meals and 2 snacks. The foundation of an athletic diet is carbohydrates as the main fuel for performance. Protein supports recovery and muscle protection, while fats remain a natural part of a balanced and functional diet. We also focus on key micronutrients, especially iron, calcium, and magnesium, which support both performance and recovery. Active people have higher energy expenditure, which means sports nutrition is not about unnecessary restriction. In sport, more energy often means more carbohydrates—and that is completely appropriate. The concept also includes practical pre- and post-workout snacks, emphasis on hydration, and meals adapted to real-life routines—work, training, and busy schedules. Because performance doesn’t start in the gym. It starts with what you give your body every single day.
